All:

We have received another employment opportunity to share with the group; this one looks to be an interesting opportunity for an agile-leaning developer with strong skills in several OSS technologies as well as most of the more recent .NET libraries and technology stacks.

Following our usual policy, please note that the subject line for this message contains the typical [JOB] prefix so that you may easily filter these opportunities out of your inbox if you would prefer not to receive them in the future.

We are a team of technology enthusiasts using Scrum to build
software for a non-profit organization. We are searching for a
well-rounded, passionate C#/.Net developer to help us get our
features completed. We desire a passionate person for
technology communicating and thinking out side the box. A
person of personality works best in our environment as we
communicate a one big team. This is not a senior position but
more of a 2-3 years of experience but someone that wants to
take his/her technology to the next level

Some of the specific skills that we are looking for are:

* Strong C# coding skills, and strong ASP.Net experience
(minimum 3.5)

* Experience with .NET 4.0, Workflow Foundation 4, Windows
Communication Foundation (strongly preferred) Even though
some are not released a person of passion will continuiously
embrace technology.

* Fluency with design and enterprise patterns, specifically
best practices for implementation of a domain model
architecture

* Experience or enthusiasm for using object-relational mapping
technologies such as nHibernate

* Strong team-oriented personality to work in an Agile/Scrum,
feature-driven development environment

* Very strong communication skills

* Enthusiasm for test-domain driven development and competence
in unit testing

Work is onsite in our downtown Brooklyn office. Unfortunately,
we cannot offer relocation or interview travel reimbursement.
Please submit a cover letter along with your resume and any
questions.
