Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rising start-up with a proven business model, growing
member base and emerging industry recognition.
We are looking for an experienced and highly talented,.NET Developer/Architect to take ownership of our web/mobile technology platform and help bring us to the next level which is version 1.0 slated to launch beta beginning-mid Q2 and go live end of Q2. This is a full time opportunity where compensation is targeted to be all equity or equity with cash component.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn Code/ Data Schema / Infrastructure
  • Coordinate with offshore/local resources to implement realizable schedule for current release (including bug fixes & mods)
  • Meet with stakeholders & gather requirements for version 1.0
  • Draw up Functional Specification/Timeline/Project plan for version 1.0
  • Lead, Code, Manage resources to successfully meet deadlines, goals and deliverables.
  • Manage QA process & write design documents


Requirements:

  • 4+ years C#, ASP.Net, LINQ, MS SQL Server
  • 2+ years Architecting / Project Management
  • OO programming, SDLC, Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with mobile development a plus (iphone, BlackBerry, Android)
  • Experience building large scale Social Networks (a plus)
  • Experience managing resources in multiple locations (offshore, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit, ability to self manage, responsible, dedicated.
  • Highly motivated, organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy
  • Problem Solver, able to think outside the box, know’s where to go to get the answer
  • Experience with Yahoo Widgets, Adobe Air a plus
  • Deep familiarity with web technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON,
