I'm not a recruiter and I'm doing this as a favor, so please excuse any misinformation.  Here's what I know:

Bootstrap software is a solid company with, from what I can tell, a great work environment. They've been in business for about 10 years.  They are a software development firm that builds custom software for a variety of different industries.  Some of their clients include Time Inc, Wyndham Hotels, Comcast, Coldwell Banker -- names you've heard of.  They have a beautiful, airy, light, loft-like office on 14th st.  I think everyone has dual monitors and I know they're flexible and some people work non standard hours (like 11-7).  Everyone I know there is extremely nice, too.  Like I said, I imagine it's a great work environment.

They're looking for a Senior .NET Technical Lead to come on board.  Functions would include assessing client needs, architect and develop, as well as leading a team of developers on various projects.  They have some developers in house, some offshore developers (Brazil; similar timezone) and some offshore QA/testers (India, time difference means they start testing when you finish working).  As I understand, they're looking to expand in the next few years and that might mean some real growth opportunities too.  You'd basically have free range over what technologies to implement and it sounds to me like a terrific opportunity.
