Can anyone put up a speaker on their couch for the night?

All:

We have been approached by a speaker (Rick Minerich) who is interested in delivering a presentation on F# for our group but he is located in the Boston area and so would need to travel to NYC in order to deliver this talk. He's willing to pay his own train ticket but even a one-night stay in an NYC hotel is more than he wants to spend for the honor of addressing our group tongue

We are requesting that anyone willing to put Rick Minerich on their couch for the night so he has a place to bunk-down please send an e-mail to sbohlen-at-gmail.com indicating their willingness to do so. If no offers are forthcoming, we will have to decline to accept his offer to speak.

The candidate dates for this meeting are the 4th Wednesday of either August or September. Is anyone willing to 'host' Rick during his stay in the Big Apple? Please let us know.

Oh, and one more thing: apparently Rick is allergic to pet hair so anyone with cats, dogs, ferrets, gerbils, groundhogs, squirrels, chipmunks, gophers, or any other mammalian pets need not offer (sorry!).

Thanks in advance,
