Yes, I know - I know, this isn't a post on C#. Though we actually do have some C# in the back-end, a majority of our web application is Rails and some in node.js.
We're a newly funded team of just a couple developers. Great chance to get in on the ground floor, make a name for yourself, and build on the edge (Rails 3, Mongo/Redis, Node.js, ...). We're looking for front-end engineers who have a good eye on UX and design (you don't have to be a Photoshop whiz but CSS and jQuery should come easy to you). We also have a standing opening for great Ruby developers if you're not interested in front end work.
