Position will focus on managing and leading one or more high performance software development teams who are building cutting edge software used HEALTH CARE . The Solution Consulting Manager is charged with planning and scheduling duties which include: project and iteration planning, monitoring, reporting status and identifying/mitigating risk. Furthermore, the Solution Consulting Manager is expected to consult with the business to plan stories/scenarios, the quality of service requirements for an iteration, consult with architects and developers to estimate work, consult with testers to plan testing and facilitate communication within the team.


We are looking for candidates who have a multi-dimensional management background in software development, software implementation and/or other related business operations in a software/IT environment. A strong combination of communication, leadership, project management and technical skills is desired. Candidates should BE Software engineer (.NET. c++) ,also possess: 5+ years of management experience, professional stature, high energy .
